PathWays provides Direct and Support Services through emergency assistance, assessment, planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, networking and advocacy to meet an individual's and/or family's specific needs.

PathWays Case Management
PathWays provides a culturally sensitive and collaborative process of intentional support through assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive needs through communication and access to available resources.
Family Support/Assistance Program
The PathWays FSA Program consists of home visits, assisting families with goal setting and providing parent workshops and training. The program’s primary goals are to help parents better understand and gain competency in the American context and access to public systems, to help them in gaining improved school attendance and academic performance for their kids, and to take growing steps in their overall path of becoming successful in their American journey.
Legal Support Services
PathWays connects individuals and families to legal services and legal representation/support in many types of civil matters and more (including family law, housing, consumer problems, language rights, immigration, community development, tax disputes...). PathWays cultivates and maintains quality relationship with attorneys who are available and offer their services at reduced, reasonable rates or even Pro Bono depending on the case.
Civic & Immigrant Support Program
The Civic and Cultural Education Program provides opportunity for new Americans to better understand their rights and liberties by providing English and Citizenship instruction, including rights and responsibilities education, along with Green card and Citizenship application assistance. PathWays also collaborates with community partners such as the USCIS to improve newcomers’ ability to navigate and understand the naturalization process and the US legal system.
*PathWays also assists community members with their family reunification process (e.g. assisting with the filing of form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.).

PathWays provides emergency assistance, helps and resolves immediate needs and ultimately identifies steps to avoid a repeat crisis. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that the needs of each individual are taken care of.
